He has added significant value to customers through the development of proven systems that capture business performance measures, allowing managers and marketing departments to make informed strategic business decisions. Tim received his degree from Hope College in Holland, MI.

Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in operational management and revenue cycle management to ProCare Pain Solutions. During her time at ProCare, she has developed and implemented successful operational and administrative systems throughout the ProCare network. Jennifer has over 12 years of experience in the field of healthcare reimbursement and is a Certified Professional Coder.

Chris brings over 20 years of experience in Information Technology to ProCare Pain Solutions, offering a high level of technical expertise with a strong management background. As CIO, Chris has developed a solid IT infrastructure aligned with ProCare’s business strategies. Chris has a master’s degree in Information Technology from Grand Valley State University.
Chief Financial Officer
With 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, Michael Batts brings expertise in business planning and forecasting, cash management, financial reporting, risk management and key relationships with financial institutions.
Michael has an MBA from Western Michigan University.
Director of Research and Systems Development
Rebecca Risko, RN, BSN
Rebecca joined ProCare Pain Solutions over 10 years ago when she took on the newly created role of Director of Systems Development and Research. In this role, Rebecca brings strong organizational and project management skills to the team. She has provided leadership for several clinical initiatives focused on quality of care, patient satisfaction, staff education and regulatory compliance as well as business projects related to purchasing and facilities.
Rebecca has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Grand Valley State.
